Our group training sessions are built for youth athletes who want to grind, grow, and dominate. Led by university-level football players, each session is designed to sharpen skills, build speed, and increase confidence in a competitive, high-energy environment.

Whether you’re new to football or chasing a shot at the next level, our small-group format ensures every athlete gets quality reps, personal feedback, and the mindset training it takes to outwork the competition.

• Approximately 15 training sessions

• Option to extend to the full 12 week program at the same rate
• Free Thursday drop in sessions while enrolled

4 Week Program: $240
A great entry point for athletes who want to experience the program and start building momentum right away.
• Approximately 10 training sessions
• Just $24.00 per session
• Option to extend to the 6 week or 12 week program
• Free Thursday drop in sessions while enrolled

Thursday Drop-In Option: $25 per session
